Before returning any products, you must email us at
returns@AnyShades.com for a return authorization number. Upon receipt of your RMA request, we will issue you a valid RMA # which must be on the shipping label or your package will be refused.
Shipping returns is at your expense. Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method (a tracking number) as we are not responsible for lost packages being returned.
- 15 Days = Full Refund (shipping/handling is non-refundable)
- After 15 Days = 10% Restocking Fee (shipping/handling is non-refundable)
- After 30 Days = No returns accepted
All Sunglass returns must be in new condition (as we sent) and complete with all original packaging. AnyShades.com will inspect all merchandise returns. Upon approved inspection, full credit less shipping and handling charges will be issued back to your credit card. Merchandise returns that are not in the original condition or missing original packaging will either be refused, or subject to a 10% re-stocking fee at our discretion.
